Bull Habit provides habit tracking, flexible goals, a personal index, reminders, exports and related analysis. Supported platforms and availability are shown on the product page and official stores. Features may depend on the operating system, channel or membership tier.

Subject to applicable law, these terms and distribution-store rules, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use on supported devices you lawfully own or control. Do not unlawfully copy, resell, infringe rights or disrupt the service. This provision does not override activities protected by applicable law.

Basic habit tracking and exports are free. Plus is planned to provide weekly reviews, rhythm analysis, friction analysis and life seasons. Membership is preparing for release; final benefits, price, currency and duration must be shown before payment. See membership and billing details.

Monthly and yearly App Store / Google Play plans are intended to auto-renew. Android China passes are intended as one-time purchases renewed manually at expiry. These are different payment authorizations. Cancellation, restoration and refunds follow the relevant platform process without limiting statutory consumer rights.

You retain the relevant rights to your own content and may export or delete local habit data. Safeguard devices, accounts, recovery credentials and backups. Cloud sync, purchase verification and support requests are handled separately as explained in the privacy policy. Uninstalling or clearing local data does not automatically cancel subscriptions.

The habit index visualizes personal records. It is not a financial asset, investment return or medical diagnosis. Reviews and suggestions do not replace medical, psychological or other professional advice.

We will reasonably maintain the product, but network, system services and device conditions can affect availability. Liability limitations apply only where lawful and do not exclude non-excludable liability or statutory refunds and remedies.

Original app designs, marks and code are protected by intellectual property rights; third-party components and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Software use does not transfer those rights or affect your rights in your content.

Material changes to these terms or services will be communicated appropriately. You may stop using the app; cancel any subscriptions separately and back up data before uninstalling if needed.

To the extent permitted by mandatory applicable law, these terms are governed by mainland Chinese law. Contact support first to seek resolution; unresolved disputes may be taken to a competent authority as provided by law. This does not remove mandatory consumer protections or remedies available where you live.
